ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1

The parties' joint motion for final approval of the Settlement 
Agreement in the above-captioned Class Action and Administrative 
Order No. 1 is GRANTED. 
The settlement Agreement is APPROVED. See Decision Granting Final 
Approval. Administrative Order No. 1 has been signed and the 
parties are ORDERED to implement its terms.

The Agency is ORDERED to serve a copy of the Decision Granting 
Final Approval of the Settlement Agreement and Administrative 
Order No. 1 on each Class Member. Service shall be in the same 
manner that the Notice of Settlement of Class Action was served 
on the Class Members.

Further, the Agency is ORDERED to serve a copy of EEOC Form 573 
on appeal rights on Walter Flournoy, the only Class Member who 
filed a timely written objection to the Settlement Agreement in 
compliance with the provisions of the Notice of Settlement.

 Agreement, the Agreement shall take precedence. However, in the 
event any of the settlement terms incorporated in this Order is 
held invalid, the effect shall be to invalidate the whole Order. 
Any capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning ascribed 
to them in the Agreement.
